does HDMI C carry power?

Hi, sorry I'm not sure where else to ask this but does HDMI C carry power?

I have a Contour+ (off-brand GoPro) cam and am looking to use the HDMI port on it to stream live video for a live production. There are only 2 ports on the camera: USB (micro) and HDMI (typeC). The video output works great off battery, but when I plug in a USB cord simultaneously simply for power, I lose my video out. So will the HDMI carry power to keep the camera on? or am I out of luck?
